Our OKR Implementation Approach:


  • Meet with leadership: Investigate why leadership wants to implement OKR? What is the outcome expected by them? 
  • Discovery: We discover current organizational structure. Current strengths, opportunities and challenges. We customize the OKR implementation journey / OKR governance model accordingly.
  • Trainings: After the discovery, we run remote workshops for different teams at all levels in the organization. We teach how to leverage OKRs through team activities. We also train OKR coaches.
  • Workshops:  We leverage design thinking techniques and digital tools to help teams ( every level) to write their OKRs.
  • Shadowing & Coaching: We teach teams how to track results via the weekly check-in and we join several checkins to make sure everything is running smoothly.
