She graduated from Yeditepe University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Foreign Language Education. She is passionate about languages when it comes to both learning and teaching them. During her university experience, she had the chance to have a good impact on the World and its people with the international student organization AIESEC. She worked on different projects in Istanbul, London, and Cardiff, where she grew and found her career passion. In her last experience, she worked as Talent Advisory and Employer Branding Gennext in Unilever Turkey.

During her experience in Accenture, in addition to her Talent Acquisition role, Berna handled international talent acquisition projects across the MENA region. She currently acts as a "Talent Partner Consultant" in Talentmelon and helps growing technology companies in setting their recruiting strategies, creating the best candidate and employee experience.

Bilhan studied psychology at Koc University. She is currently pursuing her master's degree in clinical psychology. During her undergraduate years, she worked as an undergraduate research assistant at Koc University Language and Communication Development Lab. Besides that, she had many research, internship, and volunteering experiences in different fields.
She is an idealistic and passionate person who wants to do her best in everything she does. She believes that keeping expectations low is an obstacle to achieving the best results, and therefore she has high expectations of herself and others.
When she is home, she likes to spend time with her cats named Herkül and Bebek and watch her comfort shows, Community and South Park. She also loves to host dinner parties and serve the menu that takes all day to prepare to her guests.

Gamze studies Turkish Language and Literature at Bogazici University. Writing essays about books she likes is one of her favorite activities. She has been learning German as an addition to her regular classes. (Her favourite phrase is Ich möchte fünf Köfte)
Since prep. school, she has been quite busy with voluntary work such as students communities, Çorbada Tuzun Olsun, and Bambu. She loves observing people and engaging in long conversations. So you can say that she has a very social personality. On the other hand, due to the pandemic, she realized her hospitable side loves inviting people over to her home and making sure they have a lovely time.
She has seen every rom-com that has between 6.0-8.0 points on IMDb. Hence she wants to write a rom-com script with her experiences. She likes to keep herself up to date in the field of culture&arts. If you were to run into Gamze outside, it is very likely that you would find her adoring a street flower she just discovered.

Her career in Human Resources began with a company consistently ranked one of the world’s best places to work. As a HR professional she played a vital role during the growth phase of the Accenture in Turkey from 70 people to 700 people in 10 years and later worked as part of Accenture's global talent strategy team to make Accenture a truly human workplace to work and live. During her journey, she has built a strong experience in talent strategy, employee experience design, organizational and leadership development, performance management, OKR coaching, and compensation & reward strategy.
Her project experience with 15 technology scaleups in Talentmelon coupled with past experience at Accenture enables her to understand and address Founders’ and CEO’s agenda in a way that few can.
She holds a MBA degree from Boğaziçi University, HRM Degree from Bocconi University and BA in International Relations from Dokuz Eylul University.
