She graduated from Yeditepe University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Foreign Language Education. She is passionate about languages when it comes to both learning and teaching them. During her university experience, she had the chance to have a good impact on the World and its people with the international student organization AIESEC. She worked on different projects in Istanbul, London, and Cardiff, where she grew and found her career passion. In her last experience, she worked as Talent Advisory and Employer Branding Gennext in Unilever Turkey.
She is always ready&steady to bring energy, enthusiasm, and joy into her work. What drives her is the positive impact she has on businesses with her clear-cut attitude. Batuhan is the newest member of Talentmelon.
When you first encounter Batuhan you might think he is cold and distant at first but when you get the chance to get close to him you can easily realize he is a huge time smiley and all hugs person. People always tell him he is too energetic and cute. But do not mistake him as
a Hufflepuff, he is a Ravenclaw all the way.
Batuhan believes if you want to make someone's life better, you need to create an efficient and happy workplace for them. a person spends more than half of their life span in work. So if you give them that workplace where they can self-actualize themselves and belong, the
results of the butterfly effect will carry onto their personal life.
He’s a senior Psychology student at Ankara University also a freshman Human Resources Management student at Anadolu University. Currently, he is on the Board of Management of Turkish Psychology Students Working
Group (TPÖÇG) as Coordinator of the Representatives and Local Organizations. Apart from this role, he took different roles in TPÖÇG, EFPSA, and the psychology club of his school.Batuhan is also a non-formal education trainer. He believes that there are different and better ways of learning outside than formal education like we are having in our schools. He
aims to provide experiential learning-based, interactive, and applied learning environment to develop skills like motivation, effective leadership, communication, teamwork, and such.
Besides work, you can find Batuhan listening to music and dancing, burying his head to video games, or a recent comics/series he got attached to.

Berna’s previous experience includes serving as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Accenture and various technology-focused companies like Kartaca, Crenvo İK . Her experience includes talent acquisition, recruitment marketing, campus recruitment strategy, candidate experience design, organizational and leadership development, performance management.
During her experience in Accenture, in addition to her Talent Acquisition role, Berna handled international talent acquisition projects across the MENA region. She currently acts as a "Talent Partner Consultant" in Talentmelon and helps growing technology companies in setting their recruiting strategies, creating the best candidate and employee experience.
She also cares deeply about inclusion and diversity in the workplace and she is committed to creating a difference (Top Women Hiring Across Region- 2018 – Accenture Turkey).
She finds success in harmony and positivity. Berna loves design & art disciplines and enjoys practicing yoga.
Özge has a BA degree in Psychology from Özyeğin University. During her university years, she did many internships, led many volunteering projects in China, Italy, and Turkey as well as was an active member in many community initiatives. After her graduation, she started building her career by working at EF Education First, in Hawaii, San Francisco and New York a Global Intern and EU Fundamental Rights Agency, Vienna as an HR Management Trainee. Now she joins Talentmelon as a Talent Partner.
Her enthusiasm is to empower people and organizations with her competencies.She loves to keep up to date with the latest research on wellbeing, diversity, motivation, and personal development to create more healthy and productive workplaces since she has a research-oriented background.

Her career in Human Resources began with a company consistently ranked one of the world’s best places to work. As a HR professional she played a vital role during the growth phase of the Accenture in Turkey from 70 people to 700 people in 10 years and later worked as part of Accenture's global talent strategy team to make Accenture a truly human workplace to work and live. During her journey, she has built a strong experience in talent strategy, employee experience design, organizational and leadership development, performance management, OKR coaching, and compensation & reward strategy.
Her project experience with 15 technology scaleups in Talentmelon coupled with past experience at Accenture enables her to understand and address Founders’ and CEO’s agenda in a way that few can.
She holds a MBA degree from Boğaziçi University, HRM Degree from Bocconi University and BA in International Relations from Dokuz Eylul University.
When she is not busy helping companies in their HR agenda, you will find her working on new startup ideas, playing her lovely daughter Tuna or riding her motorbike:)
