During her experience in Accenture, in addition to her Talent Acquisition role, Berna handled international talent acquisition projects across the MENA region. She currently acts as a "Talent Partner Consultant" in Talentmelon and helps growing technology companies in setting their recruiting strategies, creating the best candidate and employee experience.

She finds success in harmony and positivity. Berna loves design & art disciplines and enjoys practicing yoga.
Berna is passionate about people, with her experience in the social sector, including teaching, youth, and social work.

As a big sports fan, she enjoys doing sports more than watching. While pursuing a degree in Translation, she had a chance to interpret her enthusiasm for sports also. Her current favorite is bouldering; at weekends she is always up for a sporty adventure!
Depending on the time of the year, she will enjoy grabbing a cup of coffee and watching one of her cult movies which she believes nobody watches.
Bilhan studied psychology at Koc University. She is currently pursuing her master's degree in clinical psychology. During her undergraduate years, she worked as an undergraduate research assistant at Koc University Language and Communication Development Lab. Besides that, she had many research, internship, and volunteering experiences in different fields.
She is an idealistic and passionate person who wants to do her best in everything she does. She believes that keeping expectations low is an obstacle to achieving the best results, and therefore she has high expectations of herself and others.
When she is home, she likes to spend time with her cats named Herkül and Bebek and watch her comfort shows, Community and South Park. She also loves to host dinner parties and serve the menu that takes all day to prepare to her guests.
She has a strong interest in making the world a better place and to achieve this, she sticks to her individual responsibilities, and she expects others to stick to their own responsibilities.
Ezgi is an organizational behavior enthusiast and interested in the cultural change aspect of organizations. After graduating from Bilkent University, she obtained her Masters of Science degree on Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
She has significant experience in Human Resources consultancy designing and delivering trainings/workshops. Previously she has worked in Management Centre Turkiye (MCT) focusing on learning and development. Itching to understand different perspectives she then worked as an HR professional in both big corporations (Abdi İbrahim Pharma) and high-tech scale-up organizations (Solvoyo Co. & MEXT Technology Center) designing people and culture related processes and systems.
She is passionate about entrepreneurial behavior, decision making processes, intercultural work environment, and bringing out innovation and creativity. Being a Hasso Plattner Institute (HPI) certified Design Thinking coach, she has been using Design Thinking Methodologies to re-design and create effective management processes and link behavioral styles to business world. In relevance with her passion for intercultural environment, she loves traveling and discovering new places, cooking world cuisine, and learning new languages.
Some may say she is a dreamer; well, she is definitely one and loves to help others achieving their dreams too. Thus, not only focusing in transforming organizations but also individuals, she is an ICF certified coach.
Her curiosity about the world, people and organizations keep her in action at all times and when she needs to chill, she spends some quality time with her cat Yoda.

Her career in Human Resources began with a company consistently ranked one of the world’s best places to work. As a HR professional she played a vital role during the growth phase of the Accenture in Turkey from 70 people to 700 people in 10 years and later worked as part of Accenture's global talent strategy team to make Accenture a truly human workplace to work and live. During her journey, she has built a strong experience in talent strategy, employee experience design, organizational and leadership development, performance management, OKR coaching, and compensation & reward strategy.
Her project experience with 15 technology scaleups in Talentmelon coupled with past experience at Accenture enables her to understand and address Founders’ and CEO’s agenda in a way that few can.
She holds a MBA degree from Boğaziçi University, HRM Degree from Bocconi University and BA in International Relations from Dokuz Eylul University.
